The Meaning Behind Valere

Valere is a Latin word meaning to be strong, to be well, and to have worth. Those ideas represent what we believe physical therapy can be about. Strength isn't simply about lifting more weight. Being well isn't simply about being free from pain. And a person's worth isn't defined by an injury, diagnosis, or physical limitation.

Move Strong. Live Fully.

The Mission

We provide personalized, evidence-based physical therapy for active individuals who want to move better, become stronger, and return to the things they love. Rather than treating everyone according to the same protocol, we take the time to understand each person's story, goals, lifestyle, and needs. Our care is collaborative, individualized, and focused on helping people become confident in managing their own health and movement.
